Returns & Exchanges

AMIRI offers a refined return process, allowing customers to request a return or exchange for unworn items within 14 days of delivery. All original tags and security seals must remain intact to qualify for a full refund to the original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Shipment

  Place the items in their original luxury packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal request to the outside of the package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Handover and Tracking

  Drop off your package at an authorized courier location and retain your receipt to track the progress of your return to our warehouse.
